1. Reservations
A room is reserved up to 2pm on the arrival date. You can reserve your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full in advance of your arrival. Payment can be made by debit / credit card and/or Business Cheque. A debit / credit card used must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay. Euro Hotels Group must receive all Business cheques at least three weeks before the arrival date. Euro Hotels Group regrets that if a cheque is received late or dishonoured it may not be able to keep the room reservation available.

2. Payment
Euro Hotels Group accepts payment by cash, credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Electron), business cheque and Leisure Vouchers. Some hotels also accept Diners Club. For clarification please contact your chosen Euro Hotels Group property directly. We no longer accept personal cheques. Family discount cards are no longer accepted.
Customers paying with cash or Leisure Vouchers are required to provide identification on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID are: current driving licence, ID card, passport, utility bill / bank statement (with address) or police warrant card. Please note we do not give change from Leisure Vouchers.

3. Room prices
Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of 20% VAT. You may pay extra for Continental or English breakfast at the same time as paying for your room. All other meals must be paid for separately. Euro Hotels Group reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. You will pay the room price as quoted at the point of room reservation. Note that quoted room prices at the Euro Hotels Group may change up to the date of your arrival. Some hotels may charge a supplement during key events and periods of high demand. 4. Cancellations
Cancellations should be done 48 hours prior to arrival date (12 mid-day)

5. Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 2pm on the arrival date. Please let your chosen Euro Hotels Group property know if you are likely to arrive after 11pm. Your room must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.

6. Particular requirements
Family rooms offer accommodation for two adults and up to two children aged 15 and under (and a child under 2 years in a cot), or a maximum of 2 adults. A family room will consist of a King size bed (in most hotels), a sofabed and/or Bunk Bed. Euro Hotels Group can provide cots at no extra charge
Most Euro Hotels Group properties hotels offer family rooms, these hotels are indicated throughout the directory. The layout of a twin room may vary by hotel, and will either consist of a king size bed (in most hotels) and a sofabed or 2 single beds or in some cases consists in Bunk Beds. Please contact your chosen hotel directly for more information. All of our hotels operate a 100% no smoking policy throughout. Smoking in a bedroom will result in a £100 fine and prosecuted. Most Euro hotels Group properties have rooms which are specially adapted for customers with disabilities. For more information view our Access Statement. If no disabled room is available at the hotel of your choice we will contact neighbouring, Euro Hotels Group to help find suitable accommodation. Although Euro Hotels Group will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.

7. Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room between 7:00am and 10:00am on weekdays and between 7.30am and 10.30am at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

8. Restaurant
Meals are available in some of the properties at the restaurant situated in or next to each Euro Hotels Group property. Please check the chosen Euro Hotels Group directly.

9. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed except guide dogs.

10. Please note
We regret that, the Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system. Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group.
You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any Euro Hotels Group room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer. 11. Group booking reservations
A booking of eight rooms or more is considered a group booking within Euro Hotels Group However, this might vary from hotel to hotel based on the total number of rooms in each location. If a group of individuals has booked separately for the same hotel e.g. weddings, parties, Euro Hotels Group reserves the right to enforce Group terms and conditions to those bookings regardless of the booking channel used to book.

12. Euro Hotels Group expectations of your group?

You are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings of the hotel. If any act, default or neglect by the guests or organisers results in damage or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to pay to Euro Hotels Group on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage. In the event of wilful or negligent interruption to the business or other customers, Euro Hotels Group will charge the amount of any loss to the Customer and terminate the contract. Euro Hotels Group will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances. The customer / you means the organizing body company and organiser responsible for commissioning and payment of the event.

The contract means the agreement between the Euro Hotels Group and the customer for a specific booking or series of bookings. This contract applies to Euro Hotels Group and Euro Hotels Group Customer and no payment will be made to any third parties. Euro Hotels Group reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s reservation without further notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Euro Hotels Group do not accept liability for any failure to provide services contracted due to circumstances beyond our control including industrial action, postal communication, plant failures, supply of gas, electricity and water or fire alarm evacuation The details of these Terms and Conditions do not remove the common law duty to mitigate losses.
